坝上长尾鸡血液生化指标与其脂肪酸及肌苷酸含量的相关分析

摘  要:为了研究利用血液生化指标间接选育坝上长尾鸡肉质的可能性,试验以60只270日龄健康的坝上长尾鸡成年母鸡作为试验动物,利用气相色谱仪、高效液相色谱仪和全自动生物化学分析仪测定其脂肪酸、肌苷酸含量及血液生化指标,使用SPSS 26.0软件对两组指标进行了简单相关分析和典型相关分析,并运用多元线性回归建立坝上长尾鸡血液生化指标与其腿部肌肉脂肪酸含量和肌苷酸含量的回归模型。结果表明:在两组指标33个变量中,共有188个变量在简单相关分析中呈显著相关(P<0.05),其中呈极显著相关(P<0.01)的有145个,呈显著相关(P<0.05)的有43个。典型相关分析中,两个典型相关系数均达到极显著水平(P<0.01),分别为0.964,0.940。坝上长尾鸡血液生化指标与其腿部肌肉脂肪酸和肌苷酸指标之间的相关性主要与脂肪酸、油酸、反油酸、亚油酸与球蛋白、总蛋白、白蛋白密切相关。多元线性回归分析中,血液白蛋白对花生四烯酸含量的影响达到了极显著水平(P<0.01),对二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)、肉豆蔻酸、硬脂酸、珠光脂酸的影响达到了显著水平(P<0.05);乳酸脱氢酶对顺11二十碳一烯酸的影响达到了显著水平(P<0.05);低密度脂蛋白胆固醇对肌苷酸的影响达到了显著水平(P<0.05)。说明血液白蛋白是影响坝上长尾鸡腿肌脂肪酸含量主要的血液生化指标,乳酸脱氢酶和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇对坝上长尾鸡腿肌脂肪酸与肌苷酸含量有一定的影响。In order to indirectly select the quality of Bashang long-tailed chicken by blood biochemical indexes,60270-day-old healthy adult Bashang long-tailed hens were used as experimental animals.The contents of fatty acid and inosinic acid and the blood biochemical indexes were determined by gas chromatograph,high performance liquid chromatograph and automatic biochemical analyzer.The simple correlation analysis and canonical correlation analysis of the two groups of indexes were carried out by SPSS 26.0 software,and the regression model between blood biochemical indexes and the content of fatty acid and inosinic acid in leg muscle of Bashang long-tailed chickens was established by multiple linear regression.The results showed as follows:in the simple correlation analysis of 33 variables in the two groups of indicators,a total of 188 variables reached the significant level in the simple correlation analysis(P<0.05),of which 145 reached the extremely significant level(P<0.01),and 43 reached the significant level(P<0.05).In the canonical correlation analysis,the two canonical correlation coefficients reached extremely significant levels(P<0.01),which were 0.964 and 0.940,respectively.The correlation between the blood biochemical indicators and the contents of fatty acid and inosinic acid in the leg muscle of Bashang long-tailed chickens was mainly reflected in the close correlation of fatty acids,oleic acid,elaidic acid,linoleic acid with globulin,total protein,and albumin.In the multiple linear regression analysis,the effect of blood albumin on arachidonic acid content reached a very significant level(P<0.01),and the effect on docosahexoenoic acid(DHA),myristic acid,stearic acid,and pearlescent acid all reached a significant level(P<0.05).The effect of lactate dehydrogenase on cis-11-Eicosenoic acid and the effect of low-density cholesterol lipoprotein on inosinic acid all reached a significant level(P<0.05).The results showed that blood albumin was the main blood biochemical indicator affecting the fatty acids content
