癫痫猝死的危险因素及预防进展研究

摘　　要：分析癫痫猝死的危险因素及预防进展,为临床实施针对性干预提供参考。通过查阅文献、咨询专家等方式,整理有关癫痫猝死危险因素、癫痫猝死预防措施等资料,从癫痫猝死基本概念、癫痫猝死流行病学、癫痫猝死的危险因素、癫痫猝死的预防进展共4个方面进行综述。结果显示,癫痫猝死常见危险因素包括呼吸障碍、心功能障碍、自主神经功能异常、抗癫痫药物使用、睡眠状态、饮酒、年龄、性别、地区、抗焦虑药物使用、癫痫发作类型、夜间癫痫发作、癫痫病程等。针对以上危险因素,建议从合理使用癫痫药物、手术、提高治疗依从性、心脏干预、改善睡眠状态、加强监管等方面进行预防。研究发现,癫痫猝死作为癫痫患者死亡的主要原因,积极预防是保障癫痫患者健康的重要措施,需要积极了解癫痫猝死的相关危险因素,针对性采取有效的预防措施,降低癫痫猝死风险,为癫痫患者提供健康保障。To analyze the risk factors and prevention progress of sudden unexplained death in epilepsy(SUDEP),so as to provide references for targeted clinical interventions.By means of literature review and expert consultation,this paper collates the data on risk factors and preventive measures of SUDEP,and reviews from four aspects:the basic concept of SUDEP,the epidemiology of SUDEP,the risk factors of SUDEP and the prevention progress of SUDEP.The results show that the common risk factors of SUDEP include respiratory disorders,cardiac dysfunction,autonomic nerve dysfunction,the use of antiepileptic drugs,sleep status,alcohol consumption,age,gender,region,the use of anti-anxiety drugs,types of epileptic seizures,nocturnal epileptic seizures and the course of epilepsy.In view of the above risk factors,it is recommended to take preventive measures from the aspects of rational use of antiepileptic drugs,surgery,improvement of treatment compliance,cardiac intervention,improvement of sleep status and strengthening of supervision.It is found that as the main cause of death in epilepsy patients,active prevention of SUDEP is an important measure to protect the health of epilepsy patients.It is necessary to actively understand the relevant risk factors of SUDEP and take targeted and eff ective preventive measures to reduce the risk of SUDEP and provide health protection for epilepsy patients.
