整合肿瘤学视角下肺癌患者情绪问题的研究进展

摘　　要：肺癌是全球范围内新发及死亡人数最多的一种癌症。因为较差的预后和较高的死亡率,肺癌患者较其他癌症患者更容易产生恐惧、焦虑、抑郁等情绪问题。近年来,整合医学逐渐兴起,其利用传统医学与多种循证医学方法相结合的方式,为患者提供了更加个性化和全面的医疗体验。在整合医学的基础上,整合肿瘤学体系也逐渐完善。通过西医和中医两个角度,梳理整合肿瘤学视角下干预治疗肺癌患者相关情绪问题的研究进展,以期为改善肺癌患者情绪问题提供新的方向。Lung cancer is the cancer with the largest number of new cases and deaths globally.Due to its poor prognosis and high mortality rate,lung cancer patients are more likely to experience emotional problems such as fear,anxiety,and depression compared with other cancer patients.In recent years,integrative medicine has graduall y emerged.By combining traditional medicine with a variety of evidence-based medical methods,it provides patients with a more personalized and comprehensive medical experience.Based on integrative medicine,the integrative oncology system has also gradually improved.From the perspectives of Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine,this paper combs the research progress of intervening and treating the emotional problems of lung cancer patients from the perspective of integrative oncology,aiming to provide new directions for improving the emotional problems of lung cancer patients.
