iRoot SP单尖充填一次法治疗窦道型慢性根尖周炎的临床效果研究

摘　　要：分析在窦道型慢性根尖周炎治疗中采取iRoot SP单尖充填一次法的临床效果及对患者牙疼痛感受的影响。选取2022年7月—2024年8月黄浦区牙病防治所接诊的100例窦道型慢性根尖周炎患者为研究对象。随机将患者分为对照组(n=50)和试验组(n=50),对照组行诊间封氢氧化钙方式下多次根管治疗,试验组行iRoot SP单尖充填一次性根管治疗。比较两组患者术后48 h患牙疼痛反应发生率、术后两周窦道愈合率、术后12个月根管治疗成功率。结果显示,试验组术后48 h内疼痛反应发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者术后两周窦道愈合有效率、根管治疗成功率比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。研究发现,窦道型慢性根尖周炎行一次性根管治疗中应用iRoot SP单尖充填可有效促进患者患牙窦道愈合,且可降低治疗后48 h内患牙急性疼痛发生率,提高患者的远期治疗有效率。To analyze the clinical effect of iRoot SP single-tip filling method in the treatment of sinus tract chronic apical periodontitis and its effect on the pain perception of affected teeth.A total of 100 patients with sinus tract chronic apical periodontitis who were treated at the Huangpu District Dental Disease Prevention and Treatment Institute from July 2022 to August 2024 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were randomly divided into control group(n=50)and experimental group(n=50),the control group underwent multiple root canal treatment with calcium hydroxide sealing between clinics,and the experimental group underwent iRoot SP single-tip fi lling one-time root canal treatment.The incidence of tooth pain response 48 h after surgery,the healing rate of sinus tract at two weeks after surgery,and the success rate of root canal treatment at 12 months after surgery were compared between the two groups.The results showed that the incidence of pain response within 48 h after surgery in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05),and there was no statistical difference in the effective rate of sinus tract healing and the success rate of root canal treatment between the two groups two weeks after surgery(P>0.05).It was found that the application of iRoot SP single-tip fi lling in the one-time root canal treatment of chronic apical periodontitis of sinus tract could eff ectively promote the healing of the sinus tract of the aff ected tooth,reduce the incidence of acute pain of the aff ected tooth within 48 hours after treatment,and improve the long-term treatment effi ciency of the patients.
