摘　　要：观察分析完全性切除ⅢA期(N2)NSCLC综合治疗模式对临床疗效的影响。选取2014年8月—2018年12月126例完全性切除ⅢA期(N2)NSCLC患者为研究对象,随机将其分为A组(n=56,接受手术及术后化疗)和B组(n=70,接受手术及术后放化疗),对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果显示,纳入研究的所有患者中位生存期为25个月,1年生存率为84.4%,3年生存率为32.5%,5年生存率为16.4%。A组1年生存率为81.2%,3年生存率为28.5%,5年生存率为13.5%,中位生存期为22.4个月;B组1年、3年、5年生存率分别为88.5%、39.9%、20.0%,中位生存期为32.8个月,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究期间,局部复发62例,其中A组局部复发中位时间为9.6个月,B组局部复发中位时间为17个月,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,对ⅢA期(N2)NSCLC患者联合实施手术及术后放化疗,可显著提高患者的生存率,降低局部复发率。To observe and analyze the impact of comprehensive treatment modalities on the clinical efficacy of patients with completely resected stage IIIA(N2)non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).A total of 126 patients with completely resected stage IIIA(N2)NSCLC from August 2014 to December 2018 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into group A(n=56,receiving surgery and postoperative chemotherapy)and group B(n=70,receiving surgery and postoperative chemoradiotherapy),and the treatment eff ects of the two groups were compared.The results showed that the median survival time of all patients included in the study was 25 months,the 1-year survival rate was 84.4%,the 3-year survival rate was 32.5%,and the 5-year survival rate was 16.4%.The 1-year survival rate of group A was 81.2%,the 3-year survival rate was 28.5%,the 5-year survival rate was 13.5%,and the median survival time was 22.4 months.The 1-year,3-year,and 5-year survival rates of group B were 88.5%,39.9%,and 20.0%respectively,and the median survival time was 32.8 months,with statistically signifi cant diff erences(P<0.05).During the study period,there were 62 cases of local recurrence.The median time to local recurrence in group A was 9.6 months,and that in group B was 17 months,with statistically signifi cant diff erences(P<0.05).It is found that for patients with stage IIIA(N2)NSCLC,the combined implementation of surgery and postoperative chemoradiotherapy can signifi cantly improve the survival rate of patients and reduce the local recurrence rate.
