摘　　要：嗜酸细胞性胃肠炎(eosinophilic gastroenteritis,EGE)是一种病因不明的胃肠道疾病,其特征是胃和小肠嗜酸性粒细胞浸润,包括黏膜、肌肉和浆膜亚型。胃肠道嗜酸性粒细胞浸润是EGE的基本组织病理学特征,由几种T辅助细胞2型(Th2)依赖性细胞因子驱动,并由食物过敏引起。由于缺乏诊断金标准,EGE的延迟诊断或误诊率很高。实验室检查、放射学表现和内窥镜检查可以为EGE提供重要的诊断依据。治疗这种疾病的方法包括饮食治疗和药物治疗,皮质类固醇治疗是主要的治疗方法。此外,还包括白三烯拮抗剂、免疫抑制剂、抗白介素-5、肥大细胞抑制剂、粪便微生物群移植和手术等治疗方法。针对EGE阐述了不同的诊断和治疗方法。Eosinophilic gastroenteritis(EGE)is a gastrointestinal disease of unknown etiology,characterized by eosinophil infiltration in the stomach and small intestine,including mucosal,muscular,and serosal subtypes.Gastrointestinal eosinophil infiltration is the fundamental histopathological feature of EGE,driven by several T helper 2(Th2)-dependent cytokines and triggered by food allergies.Due to the lack of a gold standard for diagnosis,the rate of delayed diagnosis or misdiagnosis of EGE is quite high.Laboratory tests,radiological manifestations,and endoscopic examinations can provide important diagnostic evidence for EGE.The treatment methods for this disease include dietary therapy and drug therapy,and corticosteroid treatment is the main treatment approach.In addition,it also includes treatments such as leukotriene antagonists,immunosuppressants,anti-interleukin-5,mast cell inhibitors,fecal microbiota transplantation,and surgery.This study provides different diagnostic and treatment methods for the management of EGE.
