高校食品类专业“三层次”实验教学平台建设探析

摘  要:随着我国食品工业的迅猛发展,社会对高素质、复合型食品专业人才的需求日益增长。高校实验室作为培育此类人才的核心阵地,其效能的充分发挥显得尤为重要。然而,当前实验教学体系面临学生基础技能根基不牢,创新思维激发不足以及实践操作经验匮乏等瓶颈问题。为了精准对接食品行业对人才的需求,秉承创新教育的理念,深度整合现有实验教学资源,构建起“三层次”实验教学平台,通过层次分明的课程模块化设计,不仅夯实了学生的专业基础,还有效促进了其创新思维与实践能力的同步发展,实践了“三层次”育人理念。为我国地方高校食品类专业的实验教学改革探索出了一条可行路径,为其他相关专业的教育创新提供了宝贵的经验与启示。With the rapid development of the food industry in our country,the demand for high quality and compound food professionals is growing.As the core position of cultivating such talents,it is particularly important to give full play to the efficiency of university laboratory.However,the current experimental teaching system faces several challenges.For example,students'basic skills are not solid,innovative thinking is not enough and practical operation experience is insufficient.In order to accurately meet the needs of talents in the food industry,adhering to the concept of innovative education,deeply integrate existing experimental teaching resources,and build a"three-level"experimental teaching platform.Through the hierarchical modular design of courses,it not only strengthens the professional foundation of students,but also effectively promotes the synchronous development of their innovative thinking and practical ability,and practices the"three-level"education concept.It has explored a feasible path for the experimental teaching reform of food majors in local colleges and universities,and provided valuable experience and enlightenment for the educational innovation of other related majors.
