摘 要:火龙果虽然是一种热带水果,但在上海地区的种植面积却正逐步增加,并且随着大家对“药食同源”文化的进一步学习和理解,火龙果花作为仙人掌科植物的花朵,受到了众多植物爱好者的关注。对火龙果花的保鲜技术课题研究,延长火龙果花的保质期,能够为上海地区的火龙果种植户乃至海南广西等地的种植户,提供除火龙果果实之外的另一个收入来源。针对火龙果花的营养、保健价值进行深入研究,使人们充分认识到火龙果花的营养价值、保健功效,也可以助力火龙果花的价值提升和市场开拓。Although dragon fruit is a tropical fruit,its planting area in Shanghai has gradually increased.With further learning and understanding of the"medicinal and edible homology"culture,dragon fruit flowers,as the flowers of cactus plants,have attracted the attention of many plant enthusiasts.The research project aims to study the preservation technology of dragon fruit flowers and extend their shelf life,which can provide another source of income for dragon fruit growers in Shanghai,Hainan,Guangxi and other places besides dragon fruit.In depth research on the nutritional and health benefits of dragon fruit flowers can help people fully recognize their nutritional value and health benefits,and also contribute to the value enhancement and market development of dragon fruit flowers.
