摘 要:枣树在我国栽培历史悠久、种植广泛,枣树种植中产生的废弃物——枣芽可变废为宝,将其开发成具有静心安神、改善睡眠,提高免疫力等功效的高经济价值的枣芽茶系列产品,可增加产品附加值,为枣农增收创收,促进乡村振兴。本文将从枣产业概况、枣芽价值、开发利用现状、活性成分及功能等方面进行概述,旨在为枣芽茶产品研究与开发提供理论依据和思路。Jujube trees have a long history of cultivation and are widely planted in China.The waste generated during jujube tree planting,jujube buds,can be turned into treasure.Developing them into a series of high economic value jujube bud tea products with the effects of calming the mind,improving sleep,and enhancing immunity can increase product added value,boost income for jujube farmers,and promote rural revitalization.This article will provide an overview of the jujube industry,the value of jujube buds,the current development and utilization status,active ingredients,and functions,aiming to provide a theoretical basis and ideas for the research and development of jujube bud tea products.
