摘 要:在食品安全备受关注的当下,食堂食品安全至关重要。“一品一码”全程追溯体系应运而生,其依托信息技术,为食品赋予二维码,实现从食材采购到成品供应的全流程信息记录与追踪。该体系成效显著,提升了食品安全管理效率,增强了消费者信任。文章阐述了“一品一码”全程追溯系统的概念,就其应用进行了分析,并总结了实施中所面临的常见问题,最后提出了相应的优化策略,以期为未来食堂食品安全管理提供参考与借鉴。Food safety is concerned about the current,canteen food safety is very important.The whole-process traceability of"one product,one code"system emerged at the historic moment.Relying on information technology,it endows food with QR code to realize the information recording and tracking of the whole process from food material procurement to finished product supply.The system has achieved remarkable results,improving the efficiency of food safety management and enhancing the trust of consumers.This paper now expounds the concept of"one product and one code"whole-process traceability system,expounds its application,summarizes the routine problems faced in the implementation,and then puts forward the corresponding optimization strategy,in order to provide reference and reference for the future food safety in the canteen management.
