摘 要:食品安全的监督抽样与检验活动作为监控食品质量安全的关键手段之一,其涵盖的环节包括食品的抽样检验、对检测结果不合格的样品进行复查等,对保障食品安全具有重要意义。然而,在实践中,由于相关工作环节繁复,并涉及多步骤的操作流程,若缺乏有效的市场监管措施,便可能导致检验工作流于形式。本文致力于对食品安全抽样检验的规范要求进行系统性的梳理与分析,进而识别在现实工作中具体操作时存在的问题,针对性地提出应对策略,旨在为相关人员工作提供参考。Food safety supervision sampling and inspection activities as one of the key means of monitoring food quality and safety,it covers the links including food sampling inspection,the test results of unqualified samples review,etc.,is of great significance to ensure food safety.However,in practice,due to the complexity of related work links and the multi-step operation process,if the lack of effective market supervision measures,it may lead to the inspection work is a mere formality.This paper is committed to the systematic sorting and analysis of the standard requirements of food safety sampling inspection,and then identify the problems in real work,and put forward targeted strategies,aiming to provide reference for the work of relevant personnel.
