摘 要:农药残留检测是保障食品安全的核心技术手段,对维护公众健康及促进农业可持续发展具有重要价值。本文系统梳理色谱法、质谱法等主流检测技术的原理与应用,深入分析样品前处理技术的关键环节,结合蔬菜、粮谷及动物性食品的检测需求,探讨不同场景下的技术适配性与优化路径。研究结果表明,通过多技术联用与流程创新,可显著提升检测灵敏度与效率,为完善食品安全监管体系提供技术支撑。Pesticide residue detection is a core technical means to ensure food safety and has important value in maintaining public health and promoting sustainable agricultural development.This article systematically summarizes the principles and applications of mainstream detection technologies such as chromatography and mass spectrometry,analyzes in depth the key links of sample pretreatment technology,and combines the detection needs of vegetables,grains,and animal based foods to explore the technical adaptability and optimization paths in different scenarios.The research results indicate that the combination of multiple technologies and process innovation can significantly improve detection sensitivity and efficiency,providing technical support for improving the food safety regulatory system.
