摘  要:食品包装材料中的有害物质逐渐成为全球食品安全关注的重点,尤其是可能对人体健康和环境带来的潜在危害。本文分析了食品包装材料中常见的有害物质及其迁移机制,探讨了目前国际和国内在此领域的限值标准和执行现状。通过对食品包装材料检测技术的评估,提出了目前常用的检测方法及其在实际应用中的精度问题。文章还讨论了提升食品包装材料安全性的技术创新、完善监管体系的重要性,并探讨了行业合作对推动包装材料安全可持续发展的作用,为食品包装材料的安全管理和未来的政策制定提供了参考。Harmful substances in food packaging materials have gradually become a focus of global food safety concerns,especially the potential harm they may bring to human health and the environment.This article analyzes the common harmful substances in food packaging materials and their migration mechanisms,and explores the current international and domestic limit standards and implementation status in this field.By evaluating the detection technology of food packaging materials,the commonly used detection methods and their accuracy issues in practical applications have been proposed.The article also discusses the importance of technological innovation to enhance the safety of food packaging materials and improve the regulatory system,and explores the role of industry cooperation in promoting the sustainable development of packaging material safety,for the safety management of food packaging materials and future policy formulation.
