摘 要:本文采用QuEChERS前处理法结合UPLC-MS/MS法检测稻田土壤中14种农药残留。结果表明,在0.005~0.1 mg·L^(-1),14种农药的峰面积与质量浓度呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率在82.3%~112.9%,相对标准偏差在1.91%~7.98%。检出限为0.10~0.80μg·kg^(-1),定量限为0.34~2.65μg·kg^(-1)。该方法操作简便,可同时检测多种农药,适用于稻田土壤中农药残留的检测。In this paper,QuEChERS pretreatment method combined with UPLC-MS/MS method was used to detect 14 kinds of pesticide residues in paddy soil.The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between the peak area and the mass concentration of 14 pesticides in 0.005~0.1 mg·L^(-1).The average recovery rate was 82.3%~112.9%,and the relative standard deviation was 1.91%~7.98%.The limits of detection were 0.10μg·kg^(-1) to 0.80μg·kg^(-1),and the limits of quantification were 0.34μg·kg^(-1) to 2.64μg·kg^(-1).The method is easy to operate,can detect multiple pesticides at the same time,and is suitable for the detection of pesticide residues in paddy soil.
