摘  要:面向国家重大需求培养适应国家能源战略发展的拔尖创新人才,是我国电气工程教育历史使命。目前电气人才培养面临着专业与价值目标系统性融合不足、面向学科和行业发展适应性不足、学生工程实践能力薄弱等共性问题。提出“明德铸魂,精课强基,实践赋能”育人理念,将课程思政与专业教育深度融合,形成面向学科和产业发展的专业框架,创建一体化实践教学体系,探索传统工科升级改造新路径。In response to the Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality Goals of China,cultivating innovative talents in electrical engineering with an international perspective and competitiveness has become the historical mission of electrical engineering education.Currently,the education system in electrical engineering faces common challenges such as insufficient integration of disciplinary and educational values,inadequate adaptability to the development of industry,and weak engineering practice capabilities.The educational philosophy of cultivating outstanding innovative talents with the principles of'cultivating moral character,strengthening foundational courses,and empowering through practical experience'is proposed,which integrates ideological and political education with professional education,forming a professional framework oriented towards the development of industry,and establishing a progressive integrated practical teaching system.The systematic reform and practice have been implemented in the Electrical Engineering program at Huazhong University of Science and Technology.The aim of the reform is to reshape the talent cultivation system in electrical engineering under the context of the new engineering,and to explore a path for the upgrade and transformation of traditional engineering disciplines.
