摘  要:生产力发展推动人才向具备理论与实践双重技能方向发展,这向高校教育尤其是教师发出挑战,构建双师型教师队伍十分有必要。就PLC而言,课程难度教学方法等多方面原因使得教学效果不明显,亟需通过探索教学新模式来激发学生学习热情。本文以“西门子杯”比赛为案例,详细分析了比赛细节及赛后效果,尝试探索“以赛促教”教学新模式对于教学改革的实践意义,以便为同类型教改工作提供参考。The development of productivity drives talents to develop towards dual skills in theory and practice,which poses a challenge to higher education,especially for teachers.It is necessary to build a dual teacher team.As for PLC,due to various reasons such as course difficulty and teaching methods,the teaching effect is not significant,and it is urgent to explore new teaching models to stimulate students'learning enthusiasm.Siemens Cup competition is taken theas a study case,the details of the competition and the post competition effects are analyzed thoroughly,and the practical significance of the new teaching model of"promoting teaching through competition"for teaching reform is explored,in order to provide reference for similar types of teaching reform work.
