摘　　要：电子信息类专业实验教学过程中,由于缺乏人文精神、道德素质等“软引导”,对学生社会主义核心价值观的培养有一定的缺失。为了实现理论、实验和思政有机融合,提出以时事激发、师者引领、实践锤炼、团队带动为策略的“育人无痕,四位一体”思政教学模式,使思政元素在“春风化雨”中融入到实验教学全过程。实践证明,该模式有效地调动了学生的实验积极性,提高了实验教学质量。In the experimental teaching process of electronic information majors,there is a certain lack in cultivating students'socialist core values due to the lack of"soft guidance"such as humanistic spirit and moral qualities.In order to achieve the organic integration of theory,experiment,and ideological and political education,an"education withou traces,four in one"ideological and political teaching model is proposed with current events,teacher guidance,practical training,and team driving as the strategy.The ideological and political elements are integrated into the entire process of experimental teaching in the style of"spring breeze turns rain".Practice has proven that this teaching model can effectively mobilize students'enthusiasm for experiments and improve the quality of experimental teaching.
