摘 要:为解决传统数字集成电路实验教学内容与实际应用结合不紧密,综合性不足,学生主动探索性不强等问题,探讨了科教融合理念下的课程实验教学改革,将最新科研成果引入课堂,设计了具有挑战度的实验案例,优化了实验考核评价方式,激发学生的学习兴趣和学习动机,提升军校学生的工程应用和创新能力,使培养的学生符合部队建设和未来战争的需求,对于军队院校微电子专业人才培养具有重要意义。In order to solve the problems of gap between experimental teaching content and practical applications,insufficient comprehensiveness,and weak student initiative in exploration in traditional digital integrated circuit design,the reform of the experimental teaching of the Digital Integrated Circuit Design course under the concept of science and education integration is explored.The latest scientific research achievements are introduced into the classroom.Challenging experimental cases are designed,and the experimental assessment and evaluation methods are optimized to stimulate students'interest and motivation in learning,thereby enhancing the engineering application and innovation capabilities of military academy students.The aim is to train students meeting the needs of military construction and future warfare,which is of great significance for the cultivation of microelectronics professionals in military academies.
