摘 要:认识和建设新时代中国特色教育管理学的知识体系,是当代教育管理学人需要面对的一个重要的理论与实践问题。人类命运共同体的构念和全球化发展带来的机遇与挑战,为中国特色教育管理学知识体系的构建探明了“新时代”指向;新时代教育管理学知识体系的“中国特色”彰显,要义在于加强党对教育事业的全面领导和厚植教育管理学知识体系的历史文化根基。而弘扬教育家精神办学、落实学生中心理念、发展全过程人民民主管校、推动全教育系统依法治教、构建世界水平的教育评价体系已成为新时代中国特色教育管理学“知识体系”拓展创新的重要方向。The development and understanding of a knowledge system for educational administration with Chinese characteristics in the new era represent a significant theoretical and practical challenge for contemporary scholars in the field.The concept of a global community with a shared future,along with the opportunities and challenges presented by globalization,has provided a clear direction for the“new era”in constructing this knowledge system.The“Chinese characteristics”of the educational administration knowledge system in the new era are emphasized through two key aspects:strengthening the Party s comprehensive leadership in education and deepening the historical and cultural foundations of the knowledge system.Furthermore,promoting the spirit of educators in school management,implementing student-centered approaches,advancing whole-process people s democratic governance in schools,fostering the rule of law across the education system,and establishing a world-class educational evaluation system have emerged as critical directions for expanding and innovating the knowledge system of educational administration with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
