摘  要:基层教学组织建设及其管理效率提升,直接关系到高校立德树人教育质量。在总结甘肃农大动物生产与智慧牧业系近五年基层教学组织建设工作基础上,通过以党建思政为引领、制度建设为先导、教研联动为支撑、人才培养质量为目标的机制建设,构建并践行“一个核心、一个根本、三个层次、四个路径、四个保障”的“11344”基层教学组织发展模式。在教学实践中,“11344”教学组织模式将推动教法创新和智慧导向的教学组织建设,促进联动模式更加成熟,实现基础教学组织更高质量发展。The construction and management efficiency improvement of grassroots teaching organizations directly influence the educational quality of moral cultivation and student development in universities.Based on a comprehensive summary of the construction practices conducted over the past five years by the Department of Animal Production and Smart Animal Husbandry at Gansu Agricultural University,we established and implemented the"11344"grassroots teaching organizational development model.This model is guided by Party-building and ideological-political education,led by institutional construction,supported by integrated teaching and research activities,and oriented toward the quality of talent training.Specifically,the model consists of"one core,one foundation,three levels,four pathways,and four guarantees."In teaching practice,the"11344"teaching organization model will foster innovative teaching methods and intelligence-oriented organizational construction,enhance the maturity of the integrated collaborative model,and ultimately achieve higher-quality development of grassroots teaching organizations.
