摘 要:目前食用菌生产出菇工序仍采用人工上下架作业方式,工人攀爬菇架进行高空工作,劳动强度大、工作效率低,存在着极大的安全隐患。因此,需要一种能够在工作时保持稳定、转移时灵活、具备物料升降功能、操作方便且能在全菇架范围内工作的操作平台。文章对一种食用菌菇房用移动式操作平台的关键部件进行方案设计与分析,经测算,操作平台安全性能好,能满足菇房工作需求。Currently,the mushroom production process of edible fungi adopts manual upper and lower frame operation,and the workers climb the mushroom frame to work at high altitude.The labor intensity is high,the work efficiency is low,and there is a great potential safety hazard.Therefore,an operating platform that can maintain stability at work,be flexible in transfer,have material lift⁃ing function,be easy to operate,and can work within the scope of the whole mushroom frame is needed.In this paper,the key compo⁃nents of a mobile operating platform for edible fungi fruiting house are designed and analyzed.After calculation,the operating plat⁃form has good safety performance and can meet the working needs of fruiting house.
