摘 要:试验旨在探讨种鸽日粮蛋白质水平对乳鸽肝脏抗氧化功能和脂代谢的影响。将108对10月龄左右、体重相近、健康的美国白王种鸽随机分为3组,每组6个重复,每个重复6对种鸽,分别饲喂蛋白质水平为16.00%(CP-L组)、17.00%(CP-M组)、18.00%(CP-H组)的日粮。试验期46 d。结果表明:与CP-L组相比,CP-M组和CP-H组乳鸽肝脏甘油三酯含量显著降低(P<0.05);CP-M组乳鸽肝脏总超氧化物歧化酶活性显著降低(P<0.05),CP-H组乳鸽肝脏丙二醛含量显著升高(P<0.05);CP-M组乳鸽肝脏超氧化物歧化酶1及超氧化物歧化酶2基因相对表达量显著降低(P<0.05);CP-M组乳鸽肝脏腺苷单磷酸活化蛋白激酶α1基因相对表达量显著降低(P<0.05),CP-M组和CP-H组乳鸽肝脏乙酰辅酶A羧化酶α基因相对表达量显著降低(P<0.05)。研究表明,日粮蛋白质水平过高可能会引起乳鸽肝脏氧化应激,饲喂17.00%和18.00%蛋白质水平日粮可通过调控脂代谢相关基因表达来改善乳鸽肝脏脂代谢。The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of parental dietary protein levels on hepatic antioxidant function and lipid metabolism in squabs.One hundred and eight pairs of healthy American White King breeding pigeons,around 10 months of age and with similar body weights were randomly divided into three groups,with six replicates each group,and six pairs in each replicate.They were fed diets with 16.00%(CP-L group),17.00%(CP-M group),and 18.00%(CP-H group)protein levels,respectively.The experiment lasted for 46 days.The results showed that compared with the CP-L group,liver triglyceride content was significantly lower in squabs of the CP-M and CP-H groups(P<0.05),liver superoxide dismutase activity was significantly lower in squabs of the CP-M group(P<0.05),while malondialdehyde content in the liver was significantly higher of the CP-H group(P<0.05),the relative gene expression levels of superoxide dismutase 1 and superoxide dismutase 2 in the liver were significantly lower of the CP-M group(P<0.05).Compared with the CP-L group,the relative gene expression level of adenosine monophosphorate-activated protein kinaseα1 in the liver in CP-M group was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the relative gene expression level of liver acetyl-CoA carboxylaseαin CP-M and CP-H groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The study indicates that high dietary protein levels may cause oxidative stress in the liver of squabs,diets with 17%and 18%protein levels can improve hepatic lipid metabolism by regulating the expression of genes related to lipid metabolism.
