摘 要:试验旨在研究不同水平丁酸钠对草鱼生长性能、血清生化指标及抗氧化功能的影响。选择480尾体重相近的草鱼,随机分成4组,每组3个重复,每个重复40尾草鱼。每组草鱼分别饲喂添加0、0.05%、0.10%和0.20%丁酸钠的饲料。试验期56 d。结果显示:与对照组相比,0.10%丁酸钠组草鱼的末重、增重率、特定生长率及肥满度显著增加(P<0.05),饲料系数显著降低(P<0.05);0.10%和0.20%丁酸钠组草鱼的成活率和蛋白质效率显著增加(P<0.05);0.10%和0.20%丁酸钠组草鱼的血清总蛋白水平和碱性磷酸酶活性显著升高(P<0.05),谷丙转氨酶活性显著降低(P<0.05);0.10%丁酸钠组草鱼的尿素氮、胆固醇水平显著降低(P<0.05);各丁酸钠组草鱼的谷草转氨酶活性显著降低(P<0.05);0.10%丁酸钠组草鱼的丙二醛水平显著降低(P<0.05),超氧化物歧化酶活性和总抗氧化能力显著升高(P<0.05);0.10%丁酸钠组草鱼肠道中α-淀粉酶和脂肪酶活性显著升高(P<0.05),0.10%和0.20%丁酸钠组草鱼肠道中胰蛋白酶活性显著升高(P<0.05)。研究表明,饲料中添加丁酸钠可以改善草鱼生长性能和血清生化指标,增强抗氧化能力,提高肠道消化酶活性,适宜添加量为0.10%。The study aimed to investigate the effects of different levels of sodium butyrate on the growth performance,serum biochemical indices,and antioxidant function of grass carp.A total of 480 grass carp with similar body weight were randomly divided into four groups,with three replicates per group and 40 fish per replicate.The fish were fed diets supplemented with 0,0.05%,0.10%and 0.20%sodium butyrate,respectively.The trial lasted for 56 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,the final weight,weight gain rate,specific growth rate,and condition factor of grass carp in the 0.10%sodium butyrate group were significantly increased(P<0.05),while the feed conversion ratio was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The survival rate and protein efficiency of grass carp in the 0.10%and 0.20%sodium butyrate groups were significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the serum total protein level and alkaline phosphatase activity in the 0.10%and 0.20%sodium butyrate groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),while the alanine aminotransferase activity was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The serum urea nitrogen and cholesterol levels in the 0.10%sodium butyrate group were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The aspartate aminotransferase activity in all sodium butyrate groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the malondialdehyde level in the 0.10%sodium butyrate group was significantly decreased(P<0.05),while the superoxide dismutase activity and total antioxidant capacity were significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the activity ofα-amylase and lipase in the intestine of grass carp in the 0.10%sodium butyrate group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the trypsin activity in the 0.10%and 0.20%sodium butyrate groups was significantly increased(P<0.05).The study indicates that dietary supplementation of sodium butyrate can effectively improve the growth performance and serum biochemical indices of grass carp,enhance antioxidant capacity,and
