摘 要:试验旨在利用饲料营养成分分析和体外产气法,对黑麦草、辣椒粕、罗汉果籽、棕榈仁粕、西兰花、菊花粉、核桃仁和柳枝稷8种新型非常规饲料的营养价值和瘤胃体外发酵参数进行评价,为非常规饲料的开发和利用提供数据参考。结果显示:西兰花和核桃仁的粗蛋白(CP)含量较高,柳枝稷的中性洗涤纤维(NDF)含量最高,罗汉果籽的酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)含量最高,而罗汉果籽的48 h累积产气量以及体外干物质降解率最低。菌体蛋白(BCP)含量排序为:棕榈仁粕>柳枝稷=黑麦草>核桃仁>辣椒粕=菊花粉>西兰花=罗汉果籽。黑麦草的代谢能值最高,核桃仁的氨态氮(NH3-N)含量最高,其次为棕榈仁粕和罗汉果籽。研究表明,罗汉果籽在瘤胃中的消化率最低,辣椒粕、核桃仁和西兰花的粗蛋白含量较高,黑麦草的体外发酵产气量较高。The experiment was to evaluate the nutritional value and rumen fermentation parameters of eight novel unconventional feeds,namely ryegrass,chili meal,siraitia grosvenorii seed,palm kernel meal,broccoli,chrysanthemum powder,walnut kernel and switchgrass,by using feed nutrient composition analysis and invitrogas production method,in order to provide data reference for the development and utilization of unconventional feeds.The results showed that broccoli and walnut kernel had higher content of crude protein(CP),switchgrass had the highest content of neutral detergent fiber(NDF),siraitia grosvenorii seed had the highest content of acid detergent fiber(ADF),while siraitia grosvenorii seed had the lowest 48 h cumulative gas production and invitro dry matter degradation rate.The content of bacterial protein(BCP)was ranked as:Palm kernel meal>switchgrass=ryegrass>walnut kernel>chili meal=chrysanthemum powder>broccoli=siraitia grosvenorii seed.The metabolizable energy of ryegrass was the highest,and the ammonia nitrogen(NH3-N)content of walnut kernel was the highest,followed by palm kernel meal and siraitia grosvenorii seed.The study indicates that siraitia grosvenorii seed has the lowest digestibility in the rumen,the higher crude protein content in chili meal,walnut kernel and broccoli,and the higher gas production invitrofermentation of ryegrass.
