摘　　要：试验旨在研究酵母细胞壁对育肥期湖羊生长性能、血浆生化指标及抗氧化能力的影响。随机选取体况良好、体重(31.70±1.38)kg的育肥期湖羊20只,随机分成2组,每组10个重复,每个重复1只羊。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,酵母细胞壁组在基础饲粮中添加1.5 g/kg酵母细胞壁(以干物质计)。预试期7 d,正式试验期30 d。结果表明,与对照组相比,饲粮中添加酵母细胞壁后,湖羊的平均日采食量(ADFI)显著升高(P<0.05),血浆中甘油三酯(TG)和尿酸(UA)的含量显著降低(P<0.05),抗氧化指标差异均不显著(P>0.05)。研究表明,在饲粮中添加1.5 g/kg酵母细胞壁可提高育肥期湖羊的生长性能,维持代谢稳定,提高饲粮蛋白利用率。The experiment aims to investigate the effects of yeast cell wall on the growth performance,plasma biochemical indicators,and antioxidant capacity of fattening Hu sheep.Randomly select 20 fattening Hu sheep with good physical condition and a weight of(31.70±1.38)kg,and divide them into two groups,with 10 replicates in each group and one sheep per replicate.The control group was fed with basic feed,while the yeast cell wall group was given 1.5 g/kg yeast cell wall(calculated as dry matter)added to the basic feed.The pre trial period was seven days,and the formal trial period was 30 days.The experimental results showed that compared with the control group,the addition of yeast cell wall to the feed significantly increased the average daily feed intake(ADFI)of Hu sheep(P<0.05),significantly reduced the content of triglycerides(TG)and uric acid(UA)in plasma of Hu sheep(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in antioxidant indicators of Hu sheep(P>0.05).The results show that adding 1.5 g/kg yeast cell wall in the diet can improve the growth performance,maintain metabolic stability and improve the utilization rate of dietary protein of Hu sheep during the fattening period.
