摘 要:试验以黑油莎2号、HB002、小长粒和NM001共4个品种的油莎豆为试验材料,采用聚乙二醇6000(PEG-6000)模拟干旱胁迫,探讨不同PEG-6000浓度(0、10%、20%、30%)对不同品种油莎豆幼苗生长的影响,测定苗期的株高、叶长、叶宽、茎粗、苗鲜重、单株分蘖数等指标,并分析各品种油莎豆的抗旱能力。结果显示,黑油莎2号、NM001、小长粒经PEG-6000处理后株高和叶长均呈不同程度降低。随着PEG-6000浓度增加,黑油莎2号和小长粒的叶宽和茎粗呈先降低后升高再降低的变化趋势。各浓度PEG-6000处理的小长粒的茎粗均为最低,CK和10%PEG-6000处理的小长粒的茎粗极显著低于其他品种(P<0.01)。CK和10%PEG-6000处理的小长粒苗鲜重极显著低于同浓度下其他品种(P<0.01);20%和30%PEG-6000处理下小长粒苗鲜重显著低于其他品种(P<0.05)。在30%PEG-6000处理下,HB002的苗鲜重显著高于黑油莎2号和NM001(P<0.05),极显著高于小长粒(P<0.01)。经主成分分析的综合得分评价,4种油莎豆品种的抗旱能力排名为HB002>NM001>黑油莎2号>小长粒。研究表明,HB002在模拟干旱条件下生长表现最好,为耐旱油莎豆的优质种质。The experiment used four Cyperus esculentus L.varieties(Heiyousha No.2,HB002,Xiaochangli,and NM001)as experimental materials.Polyethylene glycol 6000(PEG-6000)was employed to simulate drought stress to investigate the effects of different PEG-6000 concentrations(0%,10%,20%,and 30%)on the seedling growth of different varieties of Cyperus esculentus L.The indexes of plant height,leaf length,leaf width,stem diameter,fresh seedling weight,and tillering number per plant were measured at seedling stage,and the drought-resistant ability of Cyperus esculentus L.was analyzed.The results showed that PEG-6000 treatment reduced plant height and leaf length in Heiyousha No.2,NM001,and Xiaochangli to varying degrees.With the increase of PEG-6000 concentration,the leaf width and stem diameter of Heiyousha No.2 and Xiaochangli decreased first,then increased and then decreased.The stem diameter of Xiaochangli treated with PEG-6000 concentration was the lowest,and the stem diameter of Xiaochangli treated with CK and 10%PEG-6000 treatment was extremely lower than that of other varieties(P<0.01).The fresh weight of Xiaochangli treated with CK and 10%PEG-6000 was extremely lower than that of other varieties at the same concentration(P<0.01).The fresh weight of Xiaochangli treated with 20%and 30%PEG-6000 was significantly lower than that of other varieties(P<0.05).Under 30%PEG-6000 treatment,the fresh seedling weight of HB002 was significantly higher than that of Heiyousha No.2 and NM001(P<0.05),and extremely higher than that of Xiaochangli(P<0.01).Principal component analysis ranked the drought resistance of the four varieties as:HB002>NM001>Heiyousha No.2>Xiaochangli.The study shows that HB002 exhibits optimal growth under simulated drought conditions,making it a high-quality droughttolerant germplasm for tiger nut.
