摘 要:试验旨在研究不同施氮量对黑麦草生产性能和营养品质的影响。以冬牧70为试验材料,在河北承德地区进行大田试验,设置5个组,每组5个重复,氮水平分别为0(对照组)、100(T1组)、150(T2组)、200(T3组)、250 kg/hm^(2)(T4组)。结果显示,2022年,T3组叶片数显著高于对照组、T1组和T4组(P<0.05),T2组和T3组株高显著高于对照组和T1组(P<0.05),T2组、T3组和T4组枝条数和叶面积显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。2023年,T3组叶片数显著高于对照组和T1组(P<0.05),T2组和T3组株高显著高于对照组(P<0.05),T2组、T3组和T4组枝条数和叶面积显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。2022年和2023年,T2组、T3组和T4组黑麦草的鲜草产量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),T2组和T3组叶茎比显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。2022年,T2组、T3组和T4组干草产量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。2023年,T3组和T4组干草产量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。2022年和2023年,T3组黑麦草的粗蛋白(CP)含量和相对饲喂价值(RFV)显著高于对照组(P<0.05),中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,施氮量对冬牧70黑麦草的农艺性状、产量及营养品质具有显著影响,当施氮量为200 kg/hm2时,黑麦草的产量及营养品质较好。The study aimed to investigate the effects of different nitrogen application rates on the production performance and nutritional quality of ryegrass.Using Dongmu 70 as the experimental material,a field trial was conducted in Chengde,Hebei Province.The experiment included five groups,with five replicates each,with nitrogen levels set at 0(control group),100(T1 group),150(T2 group),200(T3 group),and 250 kg/hm^(2)(T4 group).The results showed that in 2022,the leaf number of the T3 group was significantly higher than that of the control,T1,and T4 groups(P<0.05),the plant height of the T2 and T3 groups was significantly higher than that of the control and T1 groups(P<0.05),and the branch number and leaf area of the T2,T3,and T4 groups were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).In 2023,the leaf number of the T3 group was significantly higher than that of the control and T1 groups(P<0.05),the plant height of the T2 and T3 groups was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the branch number and leaf area of the T2,T3,and T4 groups were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).In both 2022 and 2023,the fresh grass yield of the T2,T3,and T4 groups was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the leaf-to-stem ratio of the T2 and T3 groups was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).In 2022,the hay yield of the T2,T3,and T4 groups was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).In 2023,the hay yield of the T3 and T4 groups was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).In both 2022 and 2023,the crude protein(CP)content and relative feed value(RFV)of the T3 group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),while the neutral detergent fiber(NDF)and acid detergent fiber(ADF)concentrations were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The study indicates that the nitrogen application rate has significant effects on agronomic traits,yield and nutrit
