摘 要:在“双一流”背景下,省属高校以及科研平台对创新人才的需求日益增大,提高创新人才工作的效能和激发创新人才的科研活力成为核心任务。目前,省属高校创新人才工作普遍存在工作机制不健全、缺乏规范性和科学性、创新人才储备不足、服务和危机意识薄弱等问题,亟需进一步健全创新人才工作机制、提高创新人才储备、提升创新人才工作科学性、增强创新人才凝聚力,从而推动省属高校科研事业的发展,为我国的科技创新和发展做出更大的贡献。In the context of the“Double First-Class”initiative,the demand for innovative talents at provincial higher education institutions and research platforms is growing.The key to their long-term development lies in enhancing the effectiveness of innovative talents work and stimulate the scientific vitality of these talents.Currently,there are widespread problems and deficiencies in the work mechanism,lack of scientific and scientific nature,insufficient reserve of innovative talents,and poor service and crisis awareness in provincial higher education institutions.It is urgent to further improve the mechanism for cultivating innovative talents,enhance the reserve of innovative talents,improve the scientific nature of innovative talents work,and strengthen the cohesion of innovative talents.This will promote the development of scientific research in provincial higher education institutions and make greater contributions to China’s scientific and technological innovation and development.
