摘  要:针对某L360QS钢集输管线,结合现场服役环境,采用一系列理化检验方法,分析了该管线腐蚀的原因。结果表明:L360QS钢管线的化学成分符合标准要求,其微观组织由铁素体和贝氏体组成;内表面腐蚀层为典型H_(2)S、CO_(2)共存腐蚀体系中的腐蚀产物,结合现场工作环境,初步认为该管线腐蚀以H_(2)S为主导。腐蚀初期,L360QS钢管线表面形成一层FeS保护膜,CO_(2)、Cl^(-)、Ca^(2+)和Mg^(2+)共同作用,破坏了FeS产物膜,促进了FeCO_(3)腐蚀产物形成。For the L360QS steel gathering and transportation pipeline,combined with the on-site service environment,a series of physical and chemical inspection methods were used to analyze the causes of corrosion of the pipeline.The results show that the chemical composition of L360QS steel pipeline met the requirements of the standard,and its microstructure was composed of ferrite and bainite.The corrosion layer on the inner surface was a corrosion product of a typical H_(2)S/CO_(2) coexistence corrosion system,and combined with the on-site working environment,it was preliminarily believed that the corrosion of the pipeline was dominated by H_(2)S.In the early stage of corrosion,a layer of FeS protective film was formed on the surface of L360QS steel pipeline,and under the joint action of CO_(2),Cl^(-),Ca^(2+)and Mg^(2+),the FeS product film was destroyed,which promoted the formation of FeCO_(3) corrosion products.
