摘　　要：培养高素质高技能数字人才是职业教育主动响应数字经济战略的应有之义,也是职业院校高质量发展的机会窗口。其蕴含了抢占未来发展制高点、强化经济高质量发展人才基石和契合教育高质量发展内在驱动的理论逻辑,但同时也存在一系列问题与挑战,如数字技术飞速迭代造成了专业与产业匹配困难,商业场景落地模糊加剧学校与企业对接困难,师资匮乏导致课程内容与职业标准衔接困难,产教融合创新不足造成教学过程与生产过程联动困难等。因此,研究提出从明确教育目标、推进产教融合、创新课程设置、改进工学结合方法等方面推进高素质高技能数字人才培养的实现路径及具体举措。Cultivating high-quality and high-skilled digital talents is an intrinsic requirement for vocational education to proactively address the digital economy strategy.This also represents a strategic opportunity for the high-quality development of vocational colleges.It encapsulates the fundamental theoretical logic of securing the high ground for future development,reinforcing the talent base for high-quality economic growth,and aligning with the principles of high-quality educational development.However,the rapid evolution of digital technologies has created challenges in aligning academic programs with industry needs;ambiguous business scenarios have complicated school-enterprise cooperation;a shortage of qualified instructors has hindered the alignment of course content with professional requirements,and inadequate integration and innovation between industry and education have impeded the connection between teaching processes and production processes.Consequently,it is recommended to advance the pathways and specific measures for cultivating high-quality and highly skilled digital talents through the clarification of educational objectives,promotion of industry-education integration,innovation in curriculum design,and enhancement of work-study integration.
