摘　　要：文章通过梳理公共卫生人才岗位胜任力内涵的演变,总结国内外公共卫生人才岗位胜任力评价体系,提出未来可以探索学科融合与数智赋能,发展公共卫生人才岗位胜任力;探索基准和特色岗位胜任力特征,分类评价公共卫生人才岗位胜任力;顺应医防融合发展趋势,提升公共卫生人才岗位胜任力。This paper summarizes domestic and foreign competency assessment systems for public health professionals by sorting out the evolution of the connotation of competencies for public health professionals.It is proposed to explore the integration of disciplines and digital empowerment to develop the competencies for public health professionals in further research;to explore the characteristics of basic competencies and specific competencies to evaluate the competencies for public health professionals by classification.In line with the development trend of the integration of medical treatment and disease prevention,the competencies for public health professionals should be reinforced.
