摘 要:为了提高检测效率,采用微波消解-原子荧光光谱法对大米粉中的总砷进行消解和测定。以微波消解作为样品前处理方式,建立了微波消解的最佳分析条件,明确了原子荧光光谱仪的参数设置以及影响砷测定的相关环境参数。对3种实验室标准大米粉样品中的砷进行测定,并对实际采集的大米粉样品进行回收试验。结果表明:采用微波消解-原子荧光光谱法对3种标准大米粉样品中砷的测定值均在证书参考值范围之内,其回收率为99.5%~107.0%,实际大米粉样品砷的加标回收率为100.4%~104.1%;结果良好,表明该方法操作简便,稳定性好,实用性强,适用于常规实验室大米粉中总砷含量的测定。In order to improve detection efficiency,microwave digestion-atomic fluorescence spectrometry was used to digest and determine total arsenic in rice flour.Microwave digestion was employed as the sample pretreatment method,and the optimal analytical conditions for microwave digestion were established.The parameter settings of the atomic fluorescence spectrometer and relevant environmental parameters affecting arsenic determination were clarified.Arsenic content in three laboratory standard rice flour samples was determined,and recovery tests were conducted on actual collected rice flour samples.The results showed that the measured arsenic values in the three standard rice flour samples using microwave digestion-atomic fluorescence spectrometry were within the certified reference ranges,with recovery rates of 99.5%-107.0%.The spiked recovery rates for actual rice flour samples ranged from 100.4%to 104.1%.The results were satisfactory,indicating that this method was simple to operate,stable,and practical,making it suitable for the determination of total arsenic content in rice flour in routine laboratories.
