摘 要:大食物观背景下,食用菌产业大有可为,食用菌工厂化生产成为食用菌行业发展的趋势。我国食用菌工厂化发展历经了探索起步、快速发展、规模扩张和调整上升4个时期,食用菌上市公司借力于资本市场实现了快速成长,在取得成绩的同时,也面临着战略失误、抗风险能力不足和持续盈利能力不强的困境。推进食用菌工厂化发展提质增速需要以主板上市公司为引领、“新三板”上市公司为中坚力量、拟IPO企业为内在潜力作为突破路径。Under the background of the"big food"perspective,the edible fungi industry holds significant potential,and industrialized production is becoming a key trend in the sector's development.The industrialization of edible fungi in China has gone through four phases:exploration and initiation,rapid development,scale expansion,and adjustment and growth.Listed edible fungi companies have leveraged capital markets to achieve rapid growth.While they have made notable achievements,they also face challenges such as strategic missteps,insufficient risk resilience,and weak sustainable profitability.To enhance the quality and speed of industrialized edible fungi development,it is essential to focus on breakthrough paths,including taking the companies listed on the main board as the guiding direction,leveraging companies listed on the“new third board”as strong support,using companies planning for IPO as inherent potential.
