摘 要:本文对大型光电吊舱的结构进行了介绍,并对其进行了仿真和试验验证。通过建立仿真模型,对吊舱模拟满载状态下的稳态惯性载荷、耐久性、耐冲击性进行仿真分析,并根据仿真结果进行结构改进优化,最后完成样机制作并开展静力试验。试验验证了该吊舱具备机载能力,满足挂飞要求。该吊舱系统具有结构简单、质量轻、承载高的特点,能够很好地配合舱内设备的工作,具有比较高的应用价值,为后续同类产品的设计提供了经验参考。This paper introduces the structure of a large-scale optoelectronic pod,and conducts simulation and experimental verification on it.By establishing a simulation model,the simulation analysis of the steady-state inertial load,durability and impact resistance of the pod under the simulated full-load state is carried out.According to the simulation results,the structural improvement and optimization are carried out.Finally,the prototype is manufactured and the static test is carried out.The test verifies that the pod has the airborne capability and meets the requirements for suspension flight.The pod system has the characteristics of simple structure,light weight and high load-bearing capacity.It can cooperate well with the work of the equipment inside the pod,has high application value,and provides an empirical reference for the design of subsequent similar products.
