摘　　要：孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)是一种以严重的社会、语言、沟通及人际交往方面的障碍为主要特征,可对患儿及其家庭造成严重后果或经济损失,严重威胁儿童及青少年健康的精神疾病。本文对2013—2024年中国知网、维普和万方数据库的相关文献进行查阅分析,探索ASD的中医诊疗,并对中医诊疗ASD进行综述。Autism spectrum disorder(ASD)is a mental illness characterized by severe social,linguistic,communication,and interpersonal barriers,which may lead to serious consequences or economic losses for children and their families and pose a serious threat to the health of children and adolescents.This paper conducted a literature review and analysis based on the databases of CNKI,VIP,and Wanfang from 2013 to 2024 and explored and reviewed the diagnosis and treatment of ASD with traditional Chinese medicine.
