摘 要:压敏胶的黏弹性能是制备透皮贴剂时需考虑的重点性质,通常可采用流变性测定方法进行表征。文章综述了流变学稳态测试、动态测试、瞬态测试以及时间-温度叠加原理等前沿技术。在此基础上,进一步梳理了药用辅料用压敏胶的黏弹性及其与黏附性能、药物释放动力学以及分子间作用力的关联。最后,汇总了流变学评价作为过程分析技术在压敏胶配方优化、生产工艺以及黏合剂性能精确调控中的应用,以期为胶黏剂行业提供更加科学、合理的理论支持和实践指导,进而推动透皮给药系统的发展。The viscoelastic properties of pressure sensitive adhesives constitute a pivotal quality attribute when for mulating transdermal patches.And the viscoelasticity can generally be characterized by rheological measurement methods.This article reviews cutting-edge technologies such as rheological steady-state tests,dynamic tests,transient tests and the time-temperature superposition principle.On this basis,it further sorts out the viscoelasticity of pressure sensitive adhesives for pharmaceutical excipients and its correlations with adhesion properties,drug release kinetics and intermolecular forces.Finally,it summarizes the applications of rheological evaluation as a process analysis technique in the optimization of pressure sensitive adhesive formulations,production processes and the precise regulation of adhesive properties,so as to provide more scientific and reasonable theoretical supports and practical guidelines for the adhesive industry and further promote the development of transdermal drug delivery systems.
