摘　　要：目的基于文献计量学的研究方法,系统分析目前经络腧穴学课程的研究概况,探究其未来发展方向。方法以“经络腧穴学”“教学”为检索词,从中国知网、维普和万方数据库中进行检索,运用NoteExpress软件以文献计量学的方法对所纳文献进行整理分类,包括不同文献作者、发表时间、发表期刊、教学方法和文献研究类型等。结果共纳入231篇文献,经络腧穴学教学相关的文献数量自2001年—2022年呈现波动增长趋势;文献来源前三的高校分别是南方医科大学(中医药学院)、山东中医药大学和广州中医药大学;文献来源期刊主要集中于中国中医药现代远程教育、中国针灸和上海针灸杂志;此课程涉及的教学方法种类多样,其中“互联网+”混合教学、以问题为导向的教学法(PBL)和思维导图法研究数量较多。结论近20多年以来,经络腧穴学教学的研究热度逐年递增,教学方法呈现多元化、综合化趋势,但教学文献质量有待提升,文献类型以及研究范围有待于进一步扩大。Objective Based on the research method of bibliometrics,to systematically analyze the current research situation of Meridians and Acupoints course,and to explore its future development direction.Methods“Meridians and Acupoints”and“teaching”were used as retrieval words to retrieve from CNKI,VIP and Wanfang.NoteExpress software was used to sort out and classify the literature basis by bibliometric method,including different authors,publishing time,publishing journals,teaching methods and literature research types.Results A total of 231 literatures were included.The number of literatures related to Meridians and Acupoints teaching has fluctuated from 2001 to 2022.The top three universities from literature sources are College of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Southern Medical University,Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine.Literature source journals mainly focus on modern distance education of Chinese medicine,Chinese Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion and Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion.There are various types of teaching methods involved in this course,among which there are a large number of studies on“Internet+”mixed teaching,PBL teaching method and mind mapping method.Conclusion In the past 20 years,the research enthusiasm of Meridians and Acupoints teaching is increasing year by year,and the teaching methods are diversified and comprehensive.However,the quality of teaching literature needs to be improved,and the type and scope of literature need to be further expanded.
