多元教学模式在中医院实习生中的应用

摘  要:目的探索中医院实习生教学模式,提升教学质量。方法针对我国医学教育现状,以中医院实习生为主体,以医院专职管理部门、科室带教老师、各级中医师承指导老师为主导,将整合了问题式教学(Problem-based learning,PBL)、案例式教学(Case-based learning,CBL)、团队式教学(Team-based learning,TBL)及中医经典传承教学等方法的多元化教学模式,运用于中医实习生带教实践中。结果实习生在学习兴趣、学习积极性、学习主动性等方面有了相应的提高;实习生考研率比往年明显上升。结论中医院实习生教学质量整体提升,为探索中医院实习生教学模式提供了一个新的方向。Objective To explore the teaching mode of interns in hospital of traditional Chinese medicine and improve the teaching quality.Methods According to the current situation of medical education in our country,the interns in hospital of traditional Chinese medicine were taken as the main body,and the full-time management department,department teachers and tutors of traditional Chinese medicine at all levels were taken as the leading roles,it integrates problem-based learning(PBL),case-based learning(CBL),team-based learning(TBL)teaching methods and traditional Chinese medicine teaching methods,and applies them to the teaching practice of interns of traditional Chinese medicine.Results The students’interest,enthusiasm and initiative in study have been improved,the rate of entrance examination for postgraduate has increased obviously.Conclusion The teaching quality of interns has been improved,it provides a new direction for exploring the teaching mode of interns in hospital of traditional Chinese medicine.
