摘 要:目的评估以学生为中心强化分层模式在肾病科住院医师规范化培训(以下简称“规培”)带教中的应用效果。方法选取2020年—2021年北京中医药大学第三附属医院肾病科轮转的规培生60名,随机分为两组。对照组以传统教学模式[以授课为基础的学习(LBL)]授课;实验组在对照组的常规培养方案基础上,采用专家组导师制分层强化多元化教学模式。规培结束时予出科考试及问卷调查,评估和对比两组教学效果。结果与对照组相比,实验组学生在疾病的鉴别诊断、阅读理化指标能力及疾病治疗的掌握程度方面均有显著提高(P<0.05),在中医思维能力及经典背诵方面提高更明显(P<0.05),在教学满意度、学习积极性及对肾病科知识学习的感兴趣程度上也有显著提高(P<0.05)。结论此新型教学模式能有效调动规培生的学习能动性,激发其学习兴趣,让其熟练掌握肾病科常见疾病的诊疗,加深其对重、难点的理解,从而取得更好的教学效果。Objective To evaluate the effect of student-centered intensive hierarchical teaching in teaching standardized training for nephrology residents.Methods A total of 60 students in department of nephropathy of The Third Affiliated Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine from 2020 to 2021 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given the traditional teaching mode(LBL teaching mode),while the experimental group adopted tutorial system to strengthen the diversified teaching mode on the basis of the routine training plan of the control group.At the end of the standardized residents training in hospital,the students were given an entrance examination and a questionnaire survey to compare and evaluate the teaching effect.Results Compared with the control group,the students in the test group had a significant improvement in the diagnosis of common diseases,differential diagnosis,the ability of reading physical and chemical indexes and the treatment of common renal diseases(P<0.05).In terms of traditional Chinese medicine,the thinking ability of traditional Chinese medicine and the mastery of classical recitation in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).In terms of teaching evaluation,the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group in the satisfaction of teaching,enthusiasm for learning and the degree of interest in the study of nephrology(P<0.05).Conclusion This new teaching model can effectively mobilize the learning initiative of residents students and stimulate students’interest in learning.It allows students to skillfully master the diagnosis and treatment of common diseases in nephrology,deepen the understanding of key and difficult points,so as to play a better teaching effect.
