摘　　要：以三氧化二砷为代表的砷剂已经成为当今国内外治疗白血病以及某些实体肿瘤的热点用药,而砷剂的药用价值在中国医学历史文献中早有记载。文章将对砷剂作为药物在中国古代医学上的应用,以及当今三氧化二砷、复方砷剂等药物治疗白血病、肝癌等肿瘤疾病的临床应用发展过程进行综述,以利于了解砷剂治疗肿瘤的历史进程以及其对现代医学的影响。Arsenic represented by arsenic trioxide has become a popular medicine for the treatment of leukemia and some solid tumors at mainland and abroad,and the medicinal value of arsenic has long been recorded in Chinese medical historical literature.This article reviewed the application of arsenic as a drug in ancient Chinese medicine,as well as the development process of the clinical application of arsenic trioxide,compound arsenic and other drugs in the treatment of leukemia,liver cancer and other tumor diseases,so as to understand the historical process of arsenic in the treatment of tumors and its impact on modern medicine.
