摘　　要：中医药文化博大精深,创新能力受限则是阻碍中医药文化发扬光大的屏障。针灸推拿学专业的研究生承担着发扬中医文化的时代重任,然而此专业研究生培养存在主观、客观层面的困境。基于此,文章从“拒绝躺平思维,合理规划时间”“优化教学方式,畅通对话通道”“稳健扩招学生,注重培养质量”三个层面,为针灸推拿学专业研究生创新能力培养建言献策。The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)culture is extensive and profound,and the limited innovation ability is the barrier that hinders the development of TCM culture.The postgraduates majoring in acupuncture and massage bear the heavy responsibility of carrying forward the TCM culture,but there are subjective and objective difficulties in the training of postgraduates of this major.Based on this,from threes levels of“refusing negative thinking,reasonable planning time”,“optimizing the teaching method,open the dialogue channel”,“steady expansion of students,paying attention to the quality of training”,the article provided suggestions for the training of innovative ability of postgraduates majoring in acupuncture and massage.
