摘 要:本研究旨在通过叶绿体基因组的比较分析,探讨3种不同品系的巴戟天与其常见伪品羊角藤之间的遗传差异。通过对采集的3种不同品系巴戟天和羊角藤样本进行叶绿体DNA的提取、测序及后续的生物信息学分析,分析了其叶绿体基因组的结构特征,并鉴定出区分巴戟天与羊角藤的分子标记区域。研究发现,巴戟天和羊角藤在叶绿体基因组水平上存在明显差异,同时,不同品系巴戟天在叶绿体基因组水平上也存在一定的差异,但差异性较小。不同品系巴戟天叶绿体基因组的比较分析为巴戟天的种质资源保护、品种鉴定及质量控制提供了新的分子工具。本研究结果丰富了巴戟天的遗传学研究,为巴戟天及其伪品的鉴别提供了科学依据,有助于提升药材市场的品质安全,也为药用植物的分子鉴定技术的发展和应用提供了重要的参考资料。This study aims to explore the genetic differences between three different cultivars of Morinda officinalis and its common adulterant,M.umbellata,through comparative analysis of the chloroplast genomes.By extracting,sequencing,and analyzing the chloroplast DNA of collected samples of three different cultivars of M.officinalis and M.umbellata,we delineated the structural characteristics of their chloroplast genomes and identified molecular markers that distinguish M.officinalis from M.umbellata.The study found significant differences in the chloroplast genome levels between M.officinalis and M.umbellata,which belong to different species,while the variations among different cultivars of M.officinalis were minimal.These differences provide new molecular tools for the protection of germplasm resources,cultivar identification,and quality control of M.officinalis.Additionally,the results of this study offer a scientific basis for distinguishing M.officinalis from its adulterants,contributing to the improvement of medicinal material market quality and safety.The findings not only enrich the genetic research of M.officinalis but also serve as an important reference for the development and application of molecular identifica-tion techniques in medicinal plants.
