摘  要:随着现代医学的不断发展,住院医师规范化培训面临着新的挑战。岗位胜任力作为评价医师临床能力的重要标准,是当今规范化培训的重要目标。教学门诊作为一种新颖的教学模式,以真实案例为场景,通过住院医师独立接诊、指导医师反馈讨论等环节,更有效地培养住院医师的临床实践能力、医患沟通能力、诊断和决策能力。本文聚焦于内科基地,通过福建医科大学附属漳州市医院内科教学门诊的实际开展情况,总结内科教学门诊的意义、存在的挑战,以及未来可能的发展方向,力争为其他专业基地的规范化培训改革提供有益借鉴。With the continuous development of modern medicine,standardized training for resident physicians faces new challenges.Post competency,an important criterion for evaluating physicians'clinical abilities,has become a key goal of standardized training.As an innovative teaching model,outpatient clinic teaching,utilizes real cases as scenarios and involves independent consultations by resident physicians,feedback discussions with supervising physicians,and other components to cultivate residents'clinical practicing abilities,doctor-patient communication skills,and diagnostic and decision-making capabilities more effectively.This article focuses on the internal medicine base,summarizing the significance,existing challenges,and potential future directions of the internal medicine outpatient clinic teaching based on the practical implementation in Zhangzhou Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University,aiming to provide valuable references for the reform of standardized training in other specialty bases.
