现代职业教育体系之国家专业教学标准的系统性逻辑矛盾、困境与开发建议

摘　　要：职业教育国家专业教学标准是指导制定高质量专业人才培养方案的规范性文件。基于国家相关文件精神和要求、职业教育类型特征,研究分析了职业教育国家专业教学标准的开发情况、存在问题、开发困境以及系统性逻辑矛盾。在分析借鉴美国、英国和俄罗斯等国家专业教学标准开发理念及开发情况基础上,从贴合新时代特征需求、彰显现代职业教育体系建设、职业教育类型特征、改进国家专业教学标准框架结构、国家专业教学标准开发组织管理等五个方面提出建议。The national professional teaching standards for vocational education are normative documents that guide the develop-ment of high-quality professional talent training programs.Based on the spirit and requirements of relevant national documents and the characteristics of vocational education types,this study analyzes the development status,existing problems,development di-lemma,and systematic logical contradictions of national professional teaching standards for vocational education.Based on the analysis and reference of the development concepts and situations of professional teaching standards in foreign countries such as the United States,the United Kingdom,and Russia,suggestions are proposed from five aspects:meeting the characteristics and needs of the new era,highlighting the construction of modern vocational education system,identifying the characteristics of vocational education types,improving the framework structure of national professional teaching standards,and organizing and managing the development of national professional teaching standards.
