摘　　要：数字经济以其独特优势,在战略性新兴产业集群发展中扮演着重要角色。基于2007—2021年我国31个省份的面板数据,借助双向固定效应模型、中介效应模型以及动态面板模型实证检验数字经济对战略性新兴产业集群发展作用效应和影响机制。结果表明:数字经济能够促进战略性新兴产业集群发展,且在一系列稳健性检验后结论仍然成立;数字经济在经济水平更发达时期对战略性新兴产业集群发展促进作用更明显;机制分析发现,数字经济可以通过知识资本积累和城乡协调推动战略性新兴产业集群发展。基于研究结论,文章提出加强创新生态系统建设、优化人才培养和引进机制、提供资金支持和融资便利、改善营商环境和市场准入等政策建议,促进战略性新兴产业集群进一步发展。With its unique advantages,the digital economy plays an important role in the development of strategic emerging industrial clusters.Based on the panel data of 31 provinces in China from 2007 to 2021,this paper empirically tests the effect and impact mechanism of the digital economy on the development of strategic emerging industrial clusters with the help of two-way fixed effect model,intermediary effect model and dynamic panel model.The results show that the digital economy can promote the development of strategic emerging industrial clusters,and this conclusion is still valid after a series of robustness tests.Moreover,the role of the digital economy in promoting the development of strategic emerging industrial clusters is more obvious in times of more developed economies.Mechanism analysis finds that the digital economy can promote the development of strategic emerging industrial clusters through the accumulation of knowledge capital and urban-rural coordination.Based on the research conclusions,this paper puts forward policy suggestions such as strengthening the construction of innovative ecosystems,optimizing the talents cultivation and introduction mechanism,providing financial support and financing facilities,improving the business environment and market access,with a view to promoting the further development of China's strategic emerging industrial clusters.
