摘 要:数字环境下高校图书馆面临的服务困境实际是支配话语表达的权力逻辑困境。基于会话语境并借助语词分析工具,分析中外60所“一流”大学图书馆网站服务话语的主题、策略、意图和主客体关系所体现的权力关系,并以各馆自我描述和部分年度报告的事实和数据加以佐证。结果发现,国内大学图书馆倾向藏用优势权力语,而国外大学图书馆倾向成就能力优势权力语,都是由于用户知识需要所产生的权力。数字环境下用户知识需要趋于个性化、内在化,高校图书馆服务话语逻辑因应用户需要的改变,向基于知识要素能力优势的文化权力逻辑演进。The service dilemma faced by university libraries in the digital environment is actually the power logic dilemma that governs discourse expression.Based on the conversation context and using language analysis tools,this paper analyzes the power relationship reflected in the theme,strategy,intention,and subject object relationship of the service discourse on the websites of 60 first-class university libraries in China and abroad.The results are supported by the fact and data from self descriptions and some annual reports of each library.It is found that in China,collection and using dominant power language tends to be used,while in foreign countries,achievement ability dominant power language tends to be used,which is due to the knowledge needs of users.In the digital environment,the knowledge need for users tends to be personalized and internalized,and the discourse logic of university library services is evolving towards a cultural power logic based on the advantages of knowledge element capabilities in response to changes in user needs.
