摘 要:采用访谈法和扎根理论相结合的方式,运用Nvivo14对17份访谈资料进行逐级编码分析,深入探究社交媒体信息茧房对大学生认知和行为的影响,揭示其内在机制,归纳出5种大学生群体在信息茧房背景下迷失的具体行为表现。基于此,从用户自我管理、平台监管引导、高校教育防范和社会综合共治4个维度,提出相应的治理策略,以期帮助大学生打碎信息茧房的桎梏,摆脱迷失困境。This paper adopts the combination of interview method and grounded theory,and uses Nvivo14 to conduct step-by-step coding analysis of 17 interview data to deeply explore the influence of social media information cocoons on college students'cognition and behavior,reveals its internal mechanism,and summarizes the specific behavior of five college students who are lost in the context of information cocoons.Based on this,it proposes corresponding governance strategies from the four dimensions of user self-management,platform supervision and guidance,college education prevention and social comprehensive co-governance,in order to help college students break the shackles of information cocoons and get rid of the dilemma.
