高速公路隧道洞口段穿越巨厚堆积体的设计与施工研究

摘  要:随着交通强国建设向西部山区大力发展,四川攀西地区掀起高速公路建设热潮。攀西地区高速公路大多穿越高山峡谷,桥隧比高,抗震设防烈度高,地形地质条件复杂多变。隧道洞口段往往存在较厚的堆积体,施工安全风险大,时常面临地表开裂、溜塌、洞内大变形、塌方、冒顶等施工难题。以西宁高速幸福隧道穿越巨厚堆积体洞口段为例,在施工过程中,部分断面初支出现严重变形侵限,最大侵限达79 cm,施工风险极大。从设计源头及施工过程出发,分析产生大变形原因,通过优化开挖工法、加强超前支护、加强截排水措施、加强临时支护措施、加强锁脚锚杆、提早初支闭环等一系列措施,有效控制住隧道初支变形,总结出穿越巨厚堆积体隧道洞口的设计及施工经验。With the development of construction of transportation power to the western mountainous areas,Sichuan Panxi area set off an upsurge of highway construction.Most of the highway in Panxi area pass through mountains and valleys,the ratio of bridge and tunnel is high,the intensity of seismic fortification is high,and the terrain and geological conditions are complex and changeable.There are often thick deposits in the tunnel entrance section,which poses great construction safety risks and often faces construction problems such as surface cracking,slide collapse,large deformation in the tunnel,collapse and roof falling.Taking Xining highway Xingfu tunnel passing through the entrance section of a huge deposit body as an example,in the process of construction,the initial branch of some sections has serious deformation penetration limit,the maximum penetration limit is 79 cm,and the construction risk is great.the causes of large deformation are analyzed from the design source and construction process.Through a series of measures such as optimizing excavation method,strengthening advance support,strengthening intercepting drainage measures,strengthening temporary support measures,strengthening locking anchor bolt,and advancing the initial support closed-loop,the initial support deformation of the tunnel is effectively controlled,and the design and construction experience of the tunnel entrance through the huge accumulation body is summarized.
