摘 要:通过对重庆市高校教师数字化教学能力的调查发现,教师数字化教学能力总体发展水平较低,处于中等偏下水平,各维度能力发展存在明显短板,不同专业背景、教学经历和职称的教师,其数字化教学能力存在显著差异。教师数字化教学能力的发展受内外多重因素的制约。强化教师的数字化教学意识、丰富教师的数字化教学知识、鼓励教师积极开展数字化教学实践、提高数字化教学培训的实效性,以及完善学校的政策与支持机制是推动高校教师数字化教学能力提升的有效对策。Through a survey on the digital teaching ability of university teachers in Chongqing,it is found that the overall development level of teachers'digital teaching ability is relatively low,or rather,at a below-average level,and there are obvious shortcomings in the development of various dimensions of the ability.Teachers with different professional backgrounds,teaching experiences and professional titles have significant differences in their digital teaching ability.The development of teachers'digital teaching ability is constrained by multiple internal and external factors.Strengthening teachers'awareness of digital teaching,enriching their knowledge of digital teaching,encouraging teachers to actively engage in digital teaching practices,improving the effectiveness of digital teaching training and improving school policies and support mechanisms are effective measures to promote the improvement of digital teaching abilities among university teachers.
