摘  要:针对双三相永磁同步电机(DTP-PMSM)的断相故障,首先,提出了一种基于改进最小定子铜损耗的容错策略,通过推导最小定子铜损公式,求出相应的非正弦电流约束,并得出d轴参考电流的最优解,从而实现单相及两相故障下的最小铜损容错控制。然后,在此基础上,将所提策略运用于逆变器功率管断路故障的容错控制,并且针对转矩脉动大的问题,提出了一种基于改进电流环的转矩脉动抑制策略,通过将重复控制器嵌入并级联PI控制器,实现电磁转矩脉动的抑制。最后通过实验对比传统最小定子铜损策略与本文所提策略,得出了绕组断相故障下,所提方法与传统方法相比,定子铜损下降12.5%;在逆变器故障下,所提方法与未进行容错相比,转矩脉动降低了81.36%,定子铜损降低了0.18%的结论。To solve the fault of dual three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor(DTP-PMSM),firstly,a fault-tolerant strategy based on improved minimum stator copper loss is proposed.By deducing the minimum stator copper loss formula,the corresponding non-sinusoidal current constraint is obtained,and the optimal solution of d-axis reference current is obtained,so as to realize the minimum copper loss fault tolerance control under single-phase and twophase faults.Then,on this basis,the proposed strategy is applied to the fault-tolerant control of the inverter power tube open-circuit fault,and aiming at the problem of large torque ripple,a torque ripple suppression strategy based on the improved current loop is proposed.The electromagnetic torque ripple suppression is realized by embedding the repeat controller and cascading the PI controller.Finally,by comparing the traditional minimum stator copper loss strategy with the proposed strategy,it is concluded that the proposed method can reduce the stator copper loss by 12.5%compared with the traditional method under the winding phase break fault.In the case of inverter fault,the torque ripple is reduced by 81.36%and the stator copper loss is reduced by 0.18%compared with that without fault tolerance.
